Lyric Theatre was designed by architect C J Phipps, and was originally designed for operetta. Since opening, the theatre has hosted an assortment of comedy, musicals and drama, including Cabaret, Thriller Live, and most recently SIX, the story of Henry VIII and his six wives.

Making it's 2024 West End premiere, acclaimed Broadway musical HADESTOWN is a celebration of music and hope.
The show takes the audience on a journey to the underworld and back again across two love stories, one of Orpheus and Eurydice, two young dreamers, and another of King Hades and wife Persephone.
