The first solo venture from Conor Gadd, Chef Co-Owner of Islington’s beloved Italian restaurant Trullo, Burro in Floral Court celebrates the core principles of Italian cooking. The menu follows a classic four-course structure, with dishes including braised beef shin, Venetian chicken livers on toast and tumbling plates of pasta.
