Byron was founded with a simple mission: to do one thing, and do it properly. In 2007, Byron's founder returned from the USA and set out on a mission to bring indulgent and satisfying burgers to the UK, transforming the British burger scene. Ever since, Byron has taken pride in creating proper burgers and continues to strive for the best burger this side of the pond. Serving proper burgers means working with great partners to ensure top quality ingredients for our guests.

Byron source their beef from Alden's, an Oxford based family run butcher since 1793, to create their signature Byron patties. Selected cuts of Brisket, Chuck and Rip Cap are then dry aged to bring out a deeper meatier flavour before being ground into our Byron patties.

Byron have a huge array of vegan options, with almost all of their burgers having a vegan alternative. They can cater to any allergens, including gluten-free and halal, so there’s something for everyone at Byron.
