Byron

Byron was founded with a simple mission: to do one thing, and do it properly. You'll find proper hamburgers served the way they should be: carefully-sourced British beef, ground fresh, cooked medium so it's pink and juicy, and served in a squishy bun with a craft beer, bourbon, or a famously thick milkshake. The Mini Byron menu caters for kids, with proper food for smaller appetites.

Byron's food and drink menu is available to take away. Byron Burgers on Wellington Street in Covent Garden opened in 2011 serving a range of delicious burgers made from quality Scottish beef.

Byron Burgers launched in 2007 and was modelled on an American diner in Rhode Island. At a time when there were few restaurants in London serving simple tasty burgers. Byron's magic mix of a well-priced menu, enthusiastic staff and funky interiors took London by storm and there are now Byron restaurants around the UK.
