Founded by Mouna, who moved to London from Syria to finish her Masters degree, set up 'Mouna's Kitchen' with the goal to bring Syrian food to London, and she has since been granted with a 'Female Food Founder' award!   Meaning cauliflower in Arabic,  Arnabeet is at the heart of Mouna’s signature dish, crispy cauliflower with tahinin, garlic and lemon, and topped with parsley and pomegranate seeds.
