Located in the basement of his Covent Garden restaurant Frog is Chef Adam Handling’s first venture into the bar arena, Eve. Taking inspiration from its namesake, Eve entices its guests to ‘Resist Everything Except Temptation’.

Bold innovation is at the heart of this bar, with an exacting attention to detail throughout the alcoholic offerings. Critically acclaimed chef and restaurateur, Adam Handling, has shaken things up at his Covent Garden subterranean bar, Eve, with the appointment of renowned mixologist Sam Orrock as Bar Manager.

Sam’s arrival has heralded a brand-new set of drinks menus at Eve, showcasing his talent for fresh, interesting flavour pairings and for creating exciting drinks that push the boundaries of cocktails as we may traditionally know them. The revamped menu contains a selection of unexpected takes on your cocktail favourites, like the ‘Debbie Does Dallas’ – Eve’s take on the Pornstar Martini – using vodka, distilled thyme, passion fruit butter syrup, vanilla and lime, or the ‘Peat’D Colada’ – a carbonated, entirely translucent drink with classic Pina Colada flavours from rum, coconut, pineapple, elderflower and Islay whisky.

The bar’s modern and creative approach to cocktails is matched by its mysterious and decadent interior. With striking bespoke art pieces adorning the wall and rich furnishings, Eve invites its guests to indulge in luxury.  The venue regularly hosts some of London’s most exciting emerging DJs in its sultry surroundings. With an eclectic mix of Hip Hop, RnB, House and Drum and Bass, the bar’s varied and live music guests amplify the experience to ensure a night of temptation and fun.
