1- The promoters are: Shaftesbury Capital PLC whose registered office is at Regal House, 14 James Street, London, WC2E 8BU and One Aldwych, registered at 1 Aldwych, London, WC2B 4BZ
2- The competition is open to UK residents only, over the age of 18, except employees of Shaftesbury Capital, One Aldwych and their close relatives and anyone otherwise connected with the organisation.
3- There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition.
4- By entering this competition, an entrant is in agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
5- Route to entry for the competition and details of how to enter are via the Trail page and by submitting a correct answer and details.
6- Closing date for entry will be 23:59 on the 28th April 2024. After this date, no further entries to the competition will be permitted.
7- No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.

9- The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.
10- The prize is as follows:
This prize is subject to availability/blackout dates and must be booked in advance.
The prize is a one-night stay at One Aldwych Hotel in London for a family of four (two adults and two children) including English breakfast, a Charlie and the Chocolate Factory Afternoon Tea and a Covent Garden chocolate hamper that will be in the hotel room for arrival.
Stay dates subject to availability, blackout dates include 1st, 21st & 22 June, 12th & 13th July, 1st through to 31st August, 1st December 2024 through to 4th January 2025. Stay valid for 12 months until 1st May 2025.
The prize does not include transfers to the hotel, transport to London or any other personal expenses. Any additional items consumed at the hotel will be charged as taken.
11- The prize is as stated and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prizes are not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice. The prize is personal to the winning entrant only and cannot be assigned, sold, or otherwise transferred or exchanged. We reserve the right to cancel /vary the prize without notice.
12- The winner will be selected at random and notified via email by 23:59 1/05/2024. The winner will only ever be contacted by Covent Garden, Shaftesbury Capital and One Aldwych. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 72 hours of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
13- The promoter will notify the winner when and where the prize can be collected/is delivered.
14- The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
15- By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
16- The winner agrees to the use of his/her name and image in any publicity material, as well as their entry. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.
