Pizza Pilgrims

Pizza Pilgrims was founded in 2012 by brothers, James and Thom Elliot. They visited fantastic pizza hotspots on a six week trip across Italy, learning more of Italian food and culture. To this day, they still source a great deal of their ingredients from the suppliers they met at the very start of their pilgrimage. The Pizza served today has a double fermented dough topped with the finest ingredients and baked at 500° to give a light, chewy and charred crust – just like in Naples!

Pizza Pilgrims offers both delicious vegetarian and vegan options, and has also introduced gluten friendly and halal options.

From humble beginnings, Pizza Pilgrims has now been named one of the must-eat pizza places worldwide, and luckily enough Londoners have several to choose from, one of which is right here in Covent Garden. Based on Garrick Street, a minute from Leicester square station, Pizza Pilgrims is the perfect place for a pre or post theatre feast. The Covent Garden restaurant is walk in only so there is no need to worry about booking in advance.
