Officina 00 is the Italian kitchen and pasta workshop from founders, Enzo Mirto and Elia Sebregondi, the duo grew up together in Naples, Italy. Serving authentic Italian cuisine, Officina 00 represents the pillars of the brand; ‘Officina’ is the Italian word for ‘workshop’ and ’00’ (double zero) is the first grade of flour that the team use to make their pasta. Opening their first location in Old St, back in 2019, the team followed with a Fitzrovia site and have recently opened their newest restaurant in Covent Garden, Dryden St.

Officina 00 uses both local producers and treasured Italian friends and suppliers to create their authentic Italian dishes. Guests can expect the classic menu items including the Panko Lasagne, Buffalo Burrata and Corzetti pasta. As well as the Covent Garden exclusive ‘Nonna’s Pizza’; a variation on the traditional pizza in rutiello. Honouring the homestyle cooking of Napoli nonnas, the menu will see sharing pizzas with toppings that change seasonally.
